Warranty & Spares

We understand that our clients are busy and it is imperative that any site problems are resolved swiftly and efficiently, as any serious downtime costs time and money.

With a 24/7 technical helpdesk and swift response times, we pride ourselves on an excellent after sales service. The helpdesk offers qualified guidance to your contractors.

The serial number of the fault part/s will be required to efficiently process an order for replacement.

 


Warranty
Our warranty team aims to have all claims settled within 30 days. They will ask the contractor to submit a warranty claim form alongside a purchase order and may require parts to be returned for inspection. Warranty cover includes the cost of parts plus a labour contribution.

Spares

Functional spare parts will be available post warranty period for a minimum of 10 years from date of production.
