Mitsubishi Electric is proud to include a UK Manufacturing facility for both heating and air conditioning products. Our UK factory is based in Livingston, Scotland. We offer regular factory tours to our corporate clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to visit the facilities and witness first hand the manufacturing and assembly of heating and air conditioning units and learn about our testing and R&D facilities. You will also be able to see examples of the lean manufacturing procedures which are used throughout all of Mitsubishi Electric factories worldwide.
Corporate Clients are eligible for extended warranty for up to 7 years (parts and labour contribution) for both splits and VRF equipment, provided they use Mitsubishi Electric Business Solution Partners (BSPs) for installation & maintenance of their air conditioning equipment.
There is no point installing a product with an extended warranty if you can't keep it. Mitsubishi Electric can transfer the warranty back to you, the end user. If you decide to change to a different maintenance contractor you have peace of mind that your warranty is still secure.
Our 24/7 technical helpline, warranty and spares department is based in Manchester. We understand that our clients are busy and it is imperative that any site problems are resolved swiftly and efficiently as any serious downtime costs time and money.
